Proposed Construction

A new 650,000 square foot, 11-story, Class A office building, which will seek LEED Platinum certification will be built directly on the plaza. Its curved sculptural form will be a counterpoint to the linearity of the surrounding mid-century buildings. The plaza's glass gateway entrance to the retail promenade will sit at its center, between the two wings of the tower. The glass facade will feature natural wood spandrels and the roof will be constructed to sustainable standards.
